How long does the money take to reach Venezuela?
By Pago Móvil and bank account, usually minutes during Venezuelan banking hours. In cash, the next day.
What details do I need about the recipient?
It depends on the country and how they receive. For Venezuela: full name, national ID (cédula), bank, and account number or Pago Móvil phone. We ask for them at that step, not before.
How do I pay from Canada?
With Interac from your own bank: you approve a payment request and never give us your credentials. Pre-authorized debit and manual transfer with proof of payment are also available.
What if my bank declines the payment?
The transfer doesn't go through and you aren't charged. We tell you why it was declined and you can retry or change method.

- How long does the money take to reach Spain?
- Bank deposit: depends on the receiving bank. The clock starts when your Interac payment is confirmed.
- What's the minimum and maximum per transfer?
- Between CAD 30.00 and CAD 999.00 per transaction. Above the maximum, Canadian law requires additional verification, and we ask for it before charging anything.
- What details do I need about the recipient?
- Required: iban. The rest is only asked for if the delivery method needs it.
- Is the rate I see the one that applies?
- Yes. The rate is locked when you confirm the transfer and written into the order. If it changes while you fill in the form, you'll see the new one before confirming, never after.
- How do I pay from Canada?
- With an Interac transfer from your Canadian bank. We don't ask for a card or store banking details: your bank shows you the request and you approve it.
